Weighing sensor installation: Pressure pull type weighing sensor installation method There are two different mounting forms of this form of weighing sensor. Installation of the weighing sensor
1. It is the installation form of the fixed base sensor. During installation, the sensor is placed in three fixed gear columns. Therefore, the requirements of the use in the temperature range of small occasions, its advantage is to improve the stability of the scale body, and convenient installation and debugging. When installing the weight sensor, attention should also be paid to:
1, in order to prevent the large current flow through the sensor, should be installed between the sensor short circuit piece, to prevent the accidental large current flow and burn it out. Even so, the pressure sensor should be removed when large slave welding is needed, and the weighing sensor should be installed after a few operations.
2, ball bearings and other moving parts should be kept sliding freely, there should be no stuck, rust and other phenomena.
3, the indenter shall be made of 20mm thick chrome steel, the underside of the indenter shall be machined into a circular arc, the radius of which shall be more than 3 times the radius of the sensor dome, and shall be heat treated to increase the hardness of the indenter. The fixed plate shall be made of 45 steel, its thickness shall not be less than 20mm, and the levelness during installation shall not exceed ±0.5°.
2. The installation form of the ball bearing base sensor, which is placed on the bottom plate with concave notch during installation. In any case, the weighing sensor can accept vertical force to ensure the accuracy of weighing. Its advantage is: when the scale body or other equipment due to the influence of temperature and telescopic, so that it deviates from the force center line, can make the horizontal direction of displacement positioning, its displacement within ±5mm.
