● The temperature range of the instrument is from -10 ℃ to 45℃. Please avoid installing the instrument in the place with direct sunlight. Please keep warm when installing the instrument in the place with low temperature.
Low instrument for waterproof and dustproof level is required, when installed on distribution box, make the instrument to meet the corresponding level of waterproof and dustproof, for some of the charged dust (such as carbon powder), easy to agglomerate of dust (such as cement, fly ash, etc.), moisture (such as the beach), corrosive gas be especially careful when (HF gas, for example).
Lightning-proof: electronic weighing device is a weak current system, vulnerable to lightning attack and damage parts. Lightning strikes mainly enter the instrument from two aspects, by the power line and by the scale platform through the signal cable. In normal weather, the operator as long as the power switch can be turned off, but in more serious thundering areas or thundering distance is relatively close, to suspend the use, and should be unplugged instrument power plug and scale signal cable plug (in the open outdoor to pay special attention to).
● Ensure that the instrument is grounded separately, the grounding has a dual role, it not only protects the operator, but also has an anti-interference role, if the instrument is improperly grounded may cause leakage or weight digital beating. You should also check whether the ground points are in good condition regularly, because after a long time, the ground points will produce oxidation, rust and other conditions.
● The instrument with AC220V power supply should be equipped with power filter before entering the instrument. If there is a high-power frequency converter in the front end, the power purifier should be installed before entering the instrument. Otherwise, the instrument may not work normally.
● Instrument with DC18 ~ 36V power supply, the capacity of front-end switching power supply should be enough, otherwise the instrument may fail to start or sometimes fail to start.
Low instrument should not produce strong interference device (such as controllable silicon, contactor, frequency converter, etc.) and has a considerable quantity of heat produced by equipment placed in the same box, if can't guarantee that, should consider to set the mask isolation between them, and put the fan in the casing's incentive not to instrument power supply power to other equipment, Otherwise, it may cause the display value of the instrument to jump or the measurement value is not allowed to even burn out the instrument.
● When using the instrument switch input, the input type required by our instrument is no voltage contact input or NPN type transistor input. If the input is given by PLC, the PLC type is relay type or common ground type. The distance between the input port and the external device cable should not be more than 5 m. It is recommended that the cable should not be close to the AC power supply and power line to avoid misoperation.
● When using the instrument switch output, the instrument output contact is NPN type triode output, driving capacity up to 300mA, the external voltage is DC12 ~ 48V, if the output is driving the intermediate relay, Pay attention to the drive capacity of the meter (exceeding the drive capacity of the meter may burn out the meter output or reduce the life of the output point) and the direction of the parallel reverse diode (1N4007, reverse connection will burn out the meter). If the output is driving PLC contact, PLC input contact type should be common source type.
● When the instrument uses RS232 communication, attention should be paid to:
※ The communication cable shall be shielded (the shielded layer shall be grounded), and the length shall not exceed 15 m.
※ The communication cable terminal is firmly connected, do not have any loose, otherwise, it may burn the instrument or the communication board of the host computer.
※ Do not plug and unplug the communication terminal with power on. Otherwise, the communication board of the instrument or host computer may be burned.
● Instrument using RS485 communication, should pay attention to:
※ General RS485 protocol connector does not have a fixed standard, may be based on the manufacturer's different pin sequence and pin function may not be the same, users can refer to the related products RS485 pin diagram.
※ Each instrument should be connected hand in hand, can not have a star connection or fork, if there is a star connection or fork, the interference will be very large, will cause poor communication, or even communication.
※ Communication cables should be shielded twisted pair first (ground the shielding layer), followed by twisted pair. Do not use ordinary cables. If ordinary cables are used, the interference will be very large, which will cause poor communication or even communication. The length of the communication cable shall not exceed 500 meters.
※ When using, please access the terminal resistance to enhance the anti-interference of the system. The resistance value of the terminal resistance is 330 OHMs and the power is 1/2W.
※ The communication cable terminal is firmly connected, do not have any loose, otherwise, it may burn the instrument or the communication board of the host computer.
※ Do not plug and unplug the communication terminal with power on. Otherwise, the communication board of the instrument or host computer may be burned.
